Kris, you need to think more for yourself and not let people do it for you. You were happy when the school board and their superintendent agreed to the new impact fees. Their attorney was in agreement with local builders and developers and the city council voted unanimously to vote into ordinance the agreement. Now you talk about moratoriums again. You are not a man of your word. The school district is in incapable hands and you are using their false numbers. Do the math, do the research, find out how they are spending their tax dollars or should I say wasting. Normal businessmen could not run their businesses the way the school district does the city council is being used and duped and you are letting them do such.
