Dear Members and Sponsors
The DeKalb County Building and Development Association is holding their 11th Annual Golf Outing on Friday June 15, 2001 at River Heights Golf Course in DeKalb. Each year this event has continued to grow and we are looking forward to another fun day of golf and socializing.
As always, it is the sponsors who make this event such a succes and we are looking for you help again this year. Your consideration of a $100.00 donation or gifts for the dinner raffle is a great way to show your support, or, for a $100.00 donation, you may sponsor an activity at the hole of your choice. This will be on a first-come, first served basis and holes will only be considered upon receipt of the donation. On the diagram below you will find the layout of the course to help you plan your activity as well as an entry form on the reverse side of this letter.
In an on-going effort to make the event run smoothly, this year we are asking that all hole sponsorships, donations and dinner raffle gifts be gathered prior to the outing at Fox Title Co., Attn: Donna Westergren, 630 Plaza Drive Suite 6, Sycamore. The deadline for this has been set for Monday June 11th. All latecomers are welcome, however we will not be able to recognize your participation in the printed dinner programs. Please mail your donations, made payable to DCBDA, PO Box 584, DeKalb IL 60115, or call to make pick-up or delivery arrangements.
