I can not help too much here. Martha has all kinds of suggestions, I am not a good decorator. All I can say is it is nice to break out the good china for the holidays. But I am a big fan of do whatever makes it easier for you. So if that means Chinet plates and a paper tablecloth, then go for it.

I again am no expert on what wine goes with what. I think the most important thing you can do is know what everyone likes to drink, and make sure you have it on hand!
